Do little health benefits really add up for a VISIBLE or noticable difference?

All the time I hear new things that your body benefits from: Drinking lemon water helps clean out your system, tea has antioxidants, bluberries help fight cancer, etc, etc etc. But do all these things REALLY make a difference? Sure, a lot of things are good for your health, like red wine.

But will adding these things to your lifestyle and diet make a noticable difference? Or are we wasting our time?

i personally believe in this because medications are not natural but fruits and vegetables are.If they are natural than they should be able to help our bodies,Inside and outside.
