Negative. Arizona teas contain High Fructose Corn syrup, which causes weight gain and leeches copper out of your body that you need to make collagen and connective tissue. Take a glass bottle of homemade tea with you. Your body will THANK YOU

    No, not at all.

REAL Green Tea which has the antioxidant & weight loss benefits is made from GREEN TEA EXTRACT in a tincture or a gel cap with an EGCG of at least 60-70%. To boost immune system drink between meals, to lose weight drink with meals.

You would need to drink about 60 cups of green tea bags to get the benefits of 1 dropperful of extract or 1 capsule.

Go to health food store & get green tea there. You can put dropperful in hot or cold water.

of course not. green tea is very healthy for you, however the arizona tea eventhough has the taste of tea, its not even close, for one thing it is made of corn syrup, and buckets load of sugar. In the long run its just as bad for you as Pepsi with its 60g of sugar per can

My first instinct is to say no, cue to the heat involved in teh canning process. Think of it as more of a “flavor” rather than an “ingredient”

Ew! I hate those! They have sooo much sweetener in them that they don’t even taste like tea anymore. I heard they have only a fraction of the benefits of brewed tea and have too much sweetener to be good for you. If you want the benefits of green tea, buy some tea bags, brew some at your house, and put it in a thermos to take with you. It’s even great iced.
