I don’t know…..It just seems so unhealthy. I just can’t imagine that such a substance could be healthy for your kidneys…..I’ll stick with my berries.

Indeed I do!! I dont know about antioxidents, but I know my 10-15 pots keeps me moving.

I really don’t know, since I am not a chemist, My mother drinks a 12 cup pot of coffee every day. She is 93 yrs old. She sleeps like a baby every night.

Yes I do believe that there are SOME benefit but like everything else - in moderation. Coffee has its darker side as well (pun intended). It can dehydrate you and a few others things (I can think of them out of the top of my head right this moment)
As far as antioxidants - Tea is better in my opinion.

Just recently scientists in switzerland study some reasearch and they found that drinking 2 cups of coffee per day can reduce the disease of cancer by 43%. I’m not sure whether this is clinically proven
