Does Dark Chocolate Have More Qualities Besides Just Tasting Good And Being Full Of Antioxidants?
Shawna asked:
I bought some Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate last night, thinking it was the best ”healthy” junk food out there, and I ate one piece and was totally stuffed. Wasn’t craving sweets, was full, etc. for the rest of the night.
I know it’s supposed to contain antioxidants, but it seemed like it gave me an energy/joy boost too. And, NO, it wasn’t just because I LOVE chocolate and it makes everyone happy… It really felt like a physical thing.
Anyway, does anyone know any benefits of dark chocolate? And can recommend the very best brand/flavor?
Thanks to all! =)

What excuse would you like to ease your conscience ?
Its not the Chocolate, but the sugar that they put in it that is the killer.
idk. lindt chocolate is the best though.. i wish i could just eat one and be filled up,lol
Any one who tells you chocolate is a killer is wrong. Well maybe to animals it is and if that’s all you eat all day everyday. But chocolate has an ingredient in it called-PHENYLRTHYLAMINE- commonly found in chocolate. It is known as a mood elevator, it slightly raises glucose levels, giving a slight increase in alertness. Phenylethylamine is a natural compound and is bio-synthesized from the amino acid Phenylalanine. And with the orange combined with the chocolate you got the full effects. I would just recommend the Lindt Intense. It might have more of the Phenylrthylamine in it. Be very sensible in your intake.
