USA love asked: i heard that if you take vitamins everyday for a long period of time that the benefits from these stop working after a while because your body gets used to it. i heard this is true for vitamins, green tea with antioxidants, and other healthy foods. is this true?

Take only recommended amount of vitamins. They stop working because you have too much in your system. Take as much as you need but don’t over do it. Ideally you would eat fruits and vegetables instead of synthetic vitamins. You can’t overdose yourself of fruits and veg.s.
