How do I take all of these vitamins?

Hello everybody

I’m 24 years of age and I’m thinking on starting to take antioxidants supplements. For expample I bought Vitamin C 500mg, Vitamin E 400UI natural (heard 200UI it’s better cause too much of vitamin E can cause stroke or smething), and Calcium which comes with VItamin D and Magnesium….The question is… How do I take all of these supplements? all of them at once? or I have to wait for different times to take them?

Also my father is a heavy smoker,, do you think he would benefit from these antioxidants? he doesnt eat that well, you know, fast food very often……

    First i would follow what the bottle says. Then, I would take them all with a meal, right before you go to bed. Im 24 as well, and thats how ive done it for the past 3 years. I take:

    C
    E
    Multi
    Joint supplement (2)
    Fish Oil
    L-glutamine

    I don’t think it really makes a difference when you take them, but be careful. Too much of anything (even vitamins & antioxidants) is bad for you. I read a recent study saying that too many antioxidants can lead to heart disease or heart failure. So just make sure you don’t take too many, or check with your doctor first.
