What does NOT have anti-oxidants these days?
George asked:
For decades coffee was looked as not necessarily good to downright bad for your health. Then, after coffee became what it is today, researchers ‘suddenly’ found antioxidants in coffee and that it has health benefits. Chocolate too, all of a sudden, now has antioxidants and health benefits- so you can both get wired and jittery on coffee and diabetic and lose your teeth on chocolate and still be promoting your health.
So what does not , nor ever will, have antioxidants?

Should I switch to sugar-free soy milk?
hunky munky asked:
I drink cow’s milk (a small mug) at night but it kinda grosses me out thinking about cow nipples. Especially cows chained up still just being milked. I’m not a veggie though, I like fish and chicken. It’s just the poor cow’s nipple thing!

Anyway, is there any benefit from soy milk – I don’t like fortified foods so can you get it without that? I hear it has antioxidants and in Japan they drink it and live for a long time.
