And what’s bad about it? I hear about good stuff about antioxidants but then people also say you shouldn’t drink too much cos it contains caffeine.

tea contains caffeine, though less than coffee. So it has the same good and bad effects as coffee, mild excitant if low dose, bad for many things if high dose.

Personally find that tea “keeps me going” if I’m tired, but without ever having any of the side effects of coffee (nervousness, anxiety).

GREEN tea has proven anti-oxydant effects and so is good for you for a variety of reasons. Some studies also suggest it helps protect you against some forms of cancer.

    Hope this helps

Tea has a lot less caffeine than coffee, and most scientists believe that caffeine in moderation can be beneficial to your health. Tea is loaded with antioxidants that rid your body of free radicals (which can cause cancer and other diseases). It’s also good for your digestive track. Green tea is the best kind you can drink as it contains even lower amounts of caffeine and helps you with weight control, but any tea is good providing you don’t load it up with sugar.
